Company history

Moore Wireless Communications, Inc. (MWC) was formed in 2002 to fill a NE Indiana niche envisioned by the investing partnership and interested parties. Discussions with ISP’s and small business owners all pointed towards a small but significant market for wireless network and web related services that small business owners could readily afford.

Consulting and contract services are also a critical part of our business strategy. Utilizing the "niche" knowledge of our 2-way industry and coupling a decade of technical services to major players like MaCom we travel anywhere and do what it takes to make a success of any project - large, small, less intense or really intense.

As the majority owner and functioning on the operations and administrative side, Sharon Moore, provides considerable expertise in the day to day performance of the organization and is the senior partner. To understate the leadership required to accomplish the goals of the charter is quintessential; however, Sharon is there and with what it takes to pave the path of success.

Expertise

Our staff have more than 35 years of Electronic Engineering design and installation experience. Our principal technical architect, Charles Moore, after graduating from Tri-State University, worked at Magnavox Government & Industrial Company as an electronic design engineer, first in analog logic design and later in digital circuit design.

In the infancy of the microprocessor revolution, he pioneered many innovative software and hardware solutions for military and industry. As the industry developed more sophisticated solutions Chuck left the military arena for industry by joining Tokheim to assist their efforts to bring advanced controller based products to the growing self-serve markets of the world.

Some time later his technical skills lead him to the computer and wireless radio business where he practices his trade to this day.

We recognize that many of our customers will not wish to develop the staff and/or technical skills necessary to plan and execute their business technology visions and we stand ready to provide our customers the expertise required to allow them to proceed with confidence that their visions will be realized and in the manner they expect.
